VISITOR RESTRICTIONS:

On this date August 4, 2021, all visitors deemed essential, vital or necessary to the

Patient’s care and well-being, as determined by NCMC, may be allowed to visit. These visitors/family members are restricted to:

Outpatient

  • One parent/guardian of a minor
  • One visitor per patient if they are deemed essential.

Inpatient

  • One visitor per patient.
  • One individual with a woman in active labor or scheduled for a cesarean section & hospital stay.

Family Practice Clinics

  • Allowed one visitor per patient if they are deemed essential.

Emergency Department

  • Allowed one visitor per patient if they are deemed essential.
  • No nonessential visitors may remain in the waiting room.

 

Essential visitors are defined as the parent/guardian of a minor or a person to assist with patients who are have a cognitive impairment (i.e. Alzheimer, intellectual disabilities, or as defined by NCMC Physician).
