Jennifer Hart, D.N.P.
Family Practice - Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer joined North Caddo Medical Center and Blanchard Medical in 2021, where she provides comprehensive family care for patients of all ages. Passionate about serving the community she calls home, Jennifer believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting their health at every stage of life.
Since 2009, Jennifer has been delivering high-quality care in the Shreveport area, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and whole-person care. Her dedication to family practice allows her to combine her clinical expertise with her love for community, ensuring patients receive care that is both personalized and meaningful.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northwestern State University. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Northwestern State University, mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers. Jennifer is now accepting new patients of all ages and looks forward to helping families in her own community live healthier lives.
Matt Stovall, PA-C
Family Practice
Matt is a Certified Physician Assistant with years of clinical experience. Beginning ins 2008, his strong background managing complex chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease., and now brings that expertise to family practice.
Matt provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, offering preventive health and wellness visits, management of everyday illnesses, and support for long-term conditions. His experience in cardiology gives him a unique perspective on heart health, while his broad clinical skills ensure personalized, whole-person care for every patient.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from LSU Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern State University. Matt is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and is now accepting new patients.
